Call for submissions
ICT 2026 invites submissions to its PhD Symposium, designed to provide early-stage researchers with a platform to present their work-in-progress/vision, receive constructive feedback from senior researchers, and engage with the broader research community.
Eligibility criteria
(a) Doctoral students: Both early-stage and late-stage PhD submissions by currently enrolled Ph.D. candidates at accredited institutions worldwide.
(b) Master’s and Bachelor’s students: Exceptional undergraduate and master’s students with substantial research contributions and significant results are also encouraged to apply.
Submission details
Format: All submissions have to comply with IEEE’s guidelines as all ICT 2026 papers
Length: Maximum 2 pages, including all figures, tables, and references
Authorship: The submitting student must be listed as the first author and principal contributor
Submission: Only timely submissions through EDAS will be accepted for review. Submit your paper here!
Review and presentation/publication
Review: All submissions will undergo a peer review by members of the TPC
Presentation format: Accepted submissions will be presented during a dedicated half-day PhD Symposium
Publication: Accepted 2-page extended abstracts will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library as part of the conference proceedings
Registration requirement: At least one author of each accepted submission must register for the student rate and attend the conference
