For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers (or 1 paper and 1 Demo/Poster/PhD Symposium paper).

Visa procedures: Participants requiring a visa to enter Greece are advised to check the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs website (Visas for Foreigners traveling to Greece – Hellenic Republic – Ministry of Foreign Affairs) for specific requirements.

Official invitation letters can be issued upon request after registration (please contact the General co-Chairs and provide all your contact details and documents such passport). Please note that all papers need to be presented in person (no remote presentations are allowed).
